Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are based off standard pricing. For e.g "Royal Mail 48hrs Tracked" costs £3.61 to ship a sweatshirt & will take up to 2-5 working days.
Tracking:
You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Process:
Contact us at info@tuffgarms.co.uk for return instructions. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order for a different size or style.
